Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of any personal data 12thMan holds about you. This page explains exactly how to do that.

Quick version: Email kansrirmd@gmail.com from the email or phone number associated with your 12thMan account, and we will delete your data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When you submit a data deletion request, we delete:

What we may need to keep

We retain a small amount of information for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes — for example, transaction records that we are required to keep under Indian law. Where retention is required, we will tell you specifically what is retained, why, and for how long.

How to request deletion

Step 1
Send us an email

Email us from the address or phone number associated with your 12thMan account. Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request" so we can prioritize it.

Step 2
Verify your identity

To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm your identity — for example, by responding from the registered phone number or email. This prevents someone else from deleting your data without permission.

Step 3
Confirmation

Within 30 days, we will delete your data and send you a confirmation. If we cannot complete the deletion (for example, if a record must be legally retained), we will explain what was kept and why.

Deletion and the WhatsApp Business Platform

If you communicated with us via WhatsApp, deletion of your data on our systems does not automatically delete WhatsApp's own records of the conversation. To request deletion from WhatsApp itself, follow WhatsApp's data request process.
