12thMan is a sports app built for the cricket community in India, including players, parents, and coaches. The product is operated by ArtSmart Platforms based in Bengaluru, India.

You retain ownership of the content you post on 12thMan (text, images, videos, performance data, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the service.
You confirm that you have the right to share any content you post and that it does not violate any third party's rights or applicable law.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or our community standards, with or without notice.

The core 12thMan experience is free during pre-launch. We may introduce paid features, subscriptions, or premium services in the future. When we do:
The 12thMan name, logo, app design, software, and all related content (other than user-generated content) are owned by ArtSmart Platforms and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without written permission.
We work to keep 12thMan available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app and its features may change, be updated, or be discontinued from time to time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes when we can.
We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (server failures, network issues, force majeure events, etc.).
12thMan is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties — express or implied — about the service's accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability for any specific user.
Cricket coaching, performance information, and recommendations shared through 12thMan are provided for general guidance only. They are not a substitute for professional sports medicine, qualified coaching, or medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for serious decisions about training, injury, or health.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtSmart Platforms and its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of 12thMan — including lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees one thousand).
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold ArtSmart Platforms harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
You can stop using 12thMan and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the service or other users.
On termination, your right to use the service ends. Sections of these Terms that should reasonably survive termination (such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of 12thMan will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves or as required by law. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app, via email, or through a notice on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of 12thMan after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
